On-Site Renter’s Relations Update and General Reminders

Renter’s Relations Update
On-Site has released a new and improved Renter Help Center where renters can request copies of their screening report and submit disputes, including any required documentation, online 24 hours a day. If a customer wishes to dispute something on their report please refer them directly to the website to initiate the dispute. This new process eliminates the need to send customer’s information via email and creates a more efficient process for the customer. The On-Site Renter Relations team will review the disputes and once they have made a determination, their system will automatically send an email notification to the renter and the property. Renters can view any updates made by On-Site’s Renters Relations instantly.

To ensure that you receive these notifications login to On-Site and follow these steps:

Click on Settings > My Account > Check the box next to ‘When an applicant submits a dispute to or receives a reply from On-Site's Renter Relations team’ > Hit Save. 

What has changed?

  • The email address rrelations@on-site.com is no longer active.
  • If a customer wishes to dispute and provide documents, they may do so through the On-Site Renter Help Center online.
  • Emailed documents will no longer be accepted through On-SiteRequests@essex.com.
  • Any applicant with or without a denial can now submit a dispute through the On-Site portal.

Roommate Additions and Releases
When creating a Roommate Addition in On-Site, remember to include all involved parties on the file before generating the form:

Don’t see your applicant?
Do you have a recent applicant or transferring resident that is not displayed on your dashboard? Click the ‘Show Incomplete’ box under Recent Leasing Activity to show all files:
