It has come to our attention that several Craigslist scam ads have been posted that appear to come from Essex communities. These ads appear realistic, and prospects have unfortunately responded to these scam ads.
 
Here’s what you need to know:

• These scam ads may contain Essex information, photography or logos
• Scam ads may request up front deposit or monies from prospects

 
Here’s what you need to do:

• Check Craigslist daily for scams
• Flag any CL ads that weren’t created by your team or meet the above criteria
• Take a screenshot of the ad and email marketing@essex.com immediately
