Skyline Team Saves the Day

On Friday, May 27th,  in the late afternoon just after 6pm, a resident at Skyline hit the fire sprinkler in the 2nd floor parking structure, flooding the entire area and affecting the lobby as well as putting an elevator down in the South Tower.

Skyline is a 25 story building. 

The team at Skyline and vendors worked tirelessly until 1am the next morning.

In addition to the physical dedication the team displayed, they also endured a lot of resident frustrations for the elevator being down.

"I want to thank them for their perseverance and amazing customer service during this difficult time and want Essex to see what a great example of excellent teamwork and commitment can look like.," shares area manager, Tanya Arcilla.
