The Summit Park Village has been hard at work and it's definitely showing on Yelp with 13+ Yelp reviews just in the month of May. What is the team's secret? See below, also check out their awesome reviews!

Summit Park Village's tips: 

  • Calling all work orders once completed and asking if they are satisfied and if selected, can we get an excellent rating from them through Kingsley or to Yelp us!
  • Calling all new move in’s. Asking them if they are happy now that they are settled in? If they are not happy, we address issues right away and if they are happy, we ask them to go online and yelp us.
  • Calling all renewals before the letters go out to ensure that I am here to discuss the lease terms and pricing with them.
  • Calling all move outs and reviewing charges with them verses them receiving a balance due after move out and being upset. I also ask them at the end of the call, if they are happy, can they Yelp us?

"I'm writing a review on behalf of maintenance! I filled in a order to fix several things in my apt and jorge responded very quickly was very courteous and address each problem in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the results. Keep up the good work."

"I've been a resident here for quite sometime and have absolutely no complaints. I initially walked into the leasing office with my roommates just wanting to check out the area and see what my options were. Immidiately, the staff was super friendly but more so very genuine! Robert and Tasha answered all of my questions and gave us a thorough walk through of the complex. Maintance and the staff in general are extremely friendly and always respond in a timely manner. The area is quiet and clean and most importantly, safe! I have definitely recommended this complex to friends!"

"My roommates and I have been at this complex since the beginning of March and I am Very impressed with the management office staff I believe one of the employees that have stood out the most is Tasha. Any concerns, questions or issues that might arise are always handled and she always makes sure it's all taken care of. I am in the customer service industry so this is definitely something I observe closely. They definetly are great talented people  and our complex is always clean and quiet. Neighbors are respectful and we are enjoying our stay. Continue all your great work! Your tenants truly appreciate it"

"I came into this office just wanting to see some apartments. No real intention on leasing, but wanted to see what my options were.I was greeted by a lovely young lady. I believe her name was Tasha. Energic and happy to show me a few apartments. Tasha was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't not feel pressured at all. I hate it when I'm being sold to when I already made it clear that I was only looking at this time. Its great to know my options and attributes, but don't pressure me. And I didn't feel pressured. Thank you Tasha. Beautiful apartments and I'm really considering this community when I move out of my current situation."
