In Memory of Javier Mondragon

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Redevelopment Construction Tech Javier Mondragon. Javier was a valued member of the E-Team family and will be sincerely missed.
Javier started with Essex almost 2.5 years ago, working with the in-house renovations team. Some of you may know him from the numerous times he assisted with turnovers on properties whenever staffing issues were presented. Or, more likely, you have heard him singing along to his favorite tunes while completing his work throughout the property. Javier was well-liked by fellow associates and will be remembered for his willingness to offer a helping hand and positive attitude.
From all of us at Essex, our sincerest condolences to his family and friends. A Go Fund Me page has been set up to support Javier's family.
A ceremony will be held to honor Javier on October 14, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at:
