Essex is committed to providing the best working conditions to help you be successful and thrive. In May 2021, 55% of you completed the Employee Engagement Survey, and we want you to know we heard you.

Over the past few months, we have continued to analyze the data and comments for common themes. Starting in September, we will focus on a new topic identified in the survey each month. We are excited to share this month’s focus based on your feedback.

BURNOUT AND STRESS MANAGEMENT

Our goal is to provide tools and resources on work-related burnout and stress management to address these concerns. Below are some exciting initiatives you can expect and use to assist in reducing burnout and stress. 

STRESS PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT LIVE EVENT 
Tuesday, September 21, from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. 
 
Dr. Sheryl Ziegler, a thought leader in the space of burnout and stress prevention and management, will join us live for a keynote presentation. RESOURCES TO HELP MANAGE STRESS AND BURNOUT
