Last year, we launched several initiatives, including Steps to Success, a unique learning program focused on supporting associate career growth through engaging, enabling, and empowering E-team members. Our Steps to Success program was selected as the winner of this award!
This award recognizes a company that has:
- Demonstrated measurable achievements in moving the organization toward being a diverse and inclusive operation.
- Demonstrated emerging or sustained commitment to the values of diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism by documented efforts within their company and/or the community.
- Displayed evidence of substantial efforts to promote a business environment that is free from bias and discrimination.
Our DEI series launched last year, implementing ongoing education and training programs promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. As a result of these ongoing efforts, Essex was awarded this honor!
