Every day in April, associates had the opportunity to answer trivia questions centered around our featured value, behaviors, and monthly theme including Do Right With Urgency, We Pursue Excellence, We Are Driven By Purpose, and We See It, Own It, Do It plus Earth Month and Celebrate Diversity Month.

Questions ranged from how many trees did Essex donate for Earth Day, how do we define excellence and to our Essex goals and what actions we take to achieve them. The daily questions had varying point levels to encourage associates to participate even if they had missed a day or two. Engagement surged after Coffee Talk on the 21^st and continued to be diverse in who participated.

We would like to congratulate all associates who participated and thank you for engaging and connecting with April’s highlighted value and behaviors.

Our Engagement Winners are associates who had the top engagement with highest points earned:

They will each be receiving $50 in Essex Excellence Rewards.

Our Point Winners are associates who earned over 20 points out of the 50 available for the month:

 They will each be receiving $25 in Essex Excellence Rewards.
