Spring Forward Challenge

This month, it's time to get moving! From May 3 to May 31, you can join our new Spring Forward Challenge through the MoveSpring app. Track your daily activity by connecting your wearable device or by using your smartphone.

To participate, download the MoveSpring app and sign up. Use organization code "Essex" when signing up. (Don't forget - if you sign up by Friday, April 30, you can earn 100 bonus Vitality points!)

 
MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH 
Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month? Our overall health is about more than logging your steps each day, which is why we are combining our Spring Forward Challenge with mental health awareness activities to boost your well-being.  

For an opportunity to win bonus Vitality Points in our Spring Forward Challenge, you’ll want to achieve a minimum of 8,000 steps over as many days as you can throughout the month. 
 
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we have a list of videos and articles focused on the power of self-care. Each of these videos and articles can be found in the MoveSpring app. If you complete eight or more self-care videos/articles, you can earn an additional 50 Vitality Points!
