To celebrate Earth Day and continue our commitment to providing a better environment, Essex Cares will be donating 5,000 trees through the One Tree Planted organization. These donations will be directed to native tree plantings in areas of California and the Pacific Northwest where reforestation is most needed. The impact of these native plantings will help restore forests throughout our states. This will promote improved vegetation planning and resource management, helping to reduce the risk of catastrophic fires and floods in our regions. One Tree Planted will send updates on our contributions, so we can track the impact our trees are having on the community and environment.

One Tree Planted is also teaming up with local organizations to celebrate Earth Day through volunteer planting events.  Select events are still open in Southern California and Seattle.
