The EssexNEXT 2021 kickoff is here! 

This year we are excited to take a deeper look into how our core values, behaviors, culture, and goals are interconnected and engage with tying what we do as individuals back to the larger Essex picture.  

We have lined up engaging and impactful virtual events, contests, and challenges throughout the year to help us stay focused on invigorating our Essex culture by putting our values and behaviors in the forefront of our daily actions. 

As you may have noticed, we changed the Cool Stuff tab to become the EssexNEXT tab. Don’t worry because this area will still be the Cool Stuff you remember but with a new EssexNEXT twist. We will use this area to highlight associate’s actions, stories, and progress connecting to our values and behaviors.
