Yieldstar has introduced an updated user platform which will be made available to you in the coming week. With an updated look and feel, the reports feature is intuitive and will streamline your daily process.

WHAT DOES THIS CHANGE MEAN FOR YOU?

1. You will access Yieldstar through their new website: https://ao.realpage.com. New login credentials for both managers and communities will be provided via email by Wednesday, January 20.
2. You will have access to the same information and reports as you currently have access to. However, some reports may look a bit different.
3. Job aids summarizing the new site layout will be posted to the Revenue Management Buzz page. Supplemental training materials will be added to this landing page weekly. 
4. Optional Q&A sessions by role will be scheduled for Friday, January 22, 2021. 
5. The Yieldstar link in Okta will be updated the week of January 25. You will be prompted to enter your new credentials again at that time. The old website will be disabled on January 28.
