A MESSAGE FROM ESSEX PRESIDENT & CEO MIKE SCHALL

Dear E-Team,

With the Thanksgiving holiday quickly approaching, I have been thinking about how special our E-Team is and reflecting on the things in life I am most thankful for – and I am especially grateful for all of you.I would like to thank you for your hard work and your willingness to go above and beyond. I have genuinely appreciated your efforts during this challenging year.

As a token of thanks, we will be closing all of our properties on Friday, November 27 to provide our associates with an additional paid day off to recharge. Managers will need to enter this time off in Workday for on-site associates. As a reminder, our corporate offices will also be “closed” on this day as previously scheduled.

We hope this will allow you to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday, relax, and spend time with your friends and families. Enjoy your well-deserved time off, and I hope you have an enjoyable and safe holiday.

Thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Mike
