Internal Promotion vs. External Hiring May to September

Please review the number and percentage of job vacancies being filled internally (by promotions and transfers) vs. filled by external candidates - between May, 2020 and September, 2020. 61.79% of total vacancies were filled by internal Essex associates - about 6% increase from last month (55.65%). 38.21% of total vacancies were filled by external candidates - about 6% decrease than last month (44.35%)
