On behalf of Essex Leadership, I am delighted to announce the promotion of Pat Klein to executive vice president, effective immediately. Pat joined the company in 2017 as chief technology officer and has been instrumental in driving industry-leading technology transformations for the company. 

Pat has re-envisioned, restructured and modernized the technology strategy as well as our corporate and site technology systems. His focus on understanding business objectives and then working through a thoughtful process to deliver technology solutions has enabled him to drive substantial value at Essex. His leadership and engagement style has helped drive greater collaboration amongst all groups, enabling Pat to be a key agent of change.
