IT Service and Support update – Portal features and New Local Number change

  • The toll-free support line for the Service Desk has been replaced with a new phone number 949-524-4477.  Please remove the toll-free number from your address books since this number is no longer in service.
  • Please use the self-service portal for assistance from service teams, ex; IT, HR, Learning & Development.
  • You can access the portal by first logging into Okta at https://essex.okta.com and clicking the ServiceNow Application tile. 
  • During normal support hours an agent will assist and open a ticket to track until resolved. If you call after support hours you can leave a voicemail and the next business day an agent will review and respond.
