Please review the number and percentage of job vacancies being filled internally (by promotions and transfers) vs. filled by external candidates - between May, 2020 and August, 2020. 55.65% of total vacancies were filled by internal Essex associates - about 10% increase from last month (45.79%). 44.35% of total vacancies were filled by external candidates - about 10% decrease than last month (54.21%).
