We are happy to announce the addition of two more components of the redefined Steps to Success, which can be found on Buzz.

First, is our L&D: Now and Next page. This page contains information on our department’s direction, our 2020 goals with progress status information, and a snapshot view of courses we have made available to associates so far this year, and details on additional initiatives we plan to roll out by year-end. This is full transparency at its finest. We want you to know how we are working to help you be successful and clearly define our roadmap for the year.

Second, is our Onboarding Advisor Program page. Some of you may be familiar with the new onboarding program, but as we expand to include all community positions by the end of 2020, it is important for us to provide a clear vision to all associates. Learn about the program goals, watch a video with quotes from program participants, and learn what criteria is needed to become an Essex Onboarding Advisor.
