For all California communities, new signage will be delivered to your property within the next 7 – 10 days for the company’s continued compliance with new Proposition 65 (“Prop 65”) requirements. The new signs must be installed by August 30, 2020. 
 
Please review the important guidelines below, and contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions (or if you need additional signs).
 
Signs Referring to Spa Disinfectants:  

• Must be posted at the entrance to indoor spa areas
• Must be in a location that is visible/likely to be seen/read/understood by ordinary individuals

 Designated Apartment Entrance Signs:

• Must be posted at the entrance to the affected area

• Must be in a location that is visible/likely to be seen/read/understood by ordinary individuals
• If the area (e.g., BBQ/fire pit area, leasing office, community areas/rooms) does not have a clearly defined entrance, please post where it is likely to be seen by people using or passing by the area
• Photos are attached to show the two versions of the signs (glass door application or di-bond)

 Parking Garage and Smoking Area Signs

• Prop 65 signs should remain posted and visible. If you do not have these signs, please let us know so we can provide replacements.

If your community requested additional signage in a different language on the original survey, these signs will be included in your delivery. Any other signage posted around your community for Prop 65 can be removed.
