Essex is kicking off our 2020 summer internship program, and we are excited to welcome 16 individuals to our property operations E-team as leasing specialists! Over the next nine to 12 weeks, each student will join us at communities across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Bay Area. The program focuses on foundational real estate career skills such as developing exceptional customer service skills and understanding lease structures and fair housing laws. 

The goals of the program are to:

• Provide real-world learning opportunities
• Create awareness of our industry
• Promote community involvement
• Allow our managers to mentor future professionals
