With COVID-19 and great home buying options for our residents, Pinnacle at MacArthur Place took several notices in the months of March and April. With a high ATR and no traffic, Leasing Specialist Jillian Gutierrez was feeling the pressure.  This past Thursday, she went home for lunch, came  back to the office with comfy clothes on, grabbed the directional sign, and headed out to the corner to spin the sign. She ended up closing the week with 3 leases. Not saying the leases all came from this source, but so many residents saw her, honked, waved and gave her kudos for taking her job seriously and doing what she could to stir up traffic. Thank you Jillian for thinking “outside the box” and being dedicated to PMAC and Essex!
