The Fairhaven team shows us that social distancing doesn't have to prevent exceptional service!

Fairhaven CM, Gabriella De La Vega, recently shared:

"This is Rob, our ACM at Fairhaven. He is going above and beyond to help a resident put in a maintenance request on their phone. After a failed attempt to help the resident through the glass doors, he asked the resident to set their phone down on the ground and step 10 feet away. He walked the resident through what he was doing, and put in the request for him. He then wiped down the resident’s phone with a Lysol wipe and set it back down on the ground.
