Recently, our Ventura communities achieved remarkable leasing results across their portfolio. When asked how these results were accomplished, here's what Senior RPM, Bridgit Susim, had to share:
- Signage - "We put signage out, letting folks know we are open."
- Celebrate Successes - "We had a leasing email going around the region celebrating each rental. If a property had a rental, they let the region know, and we all gave a shout out!"
- Craigslist - "We made sure all our Craigslist initiatives are easily visible on the CL ad and not buried in the text."
- Pricing - "In lieu of loss leaders, if a unit was listed for $1,803, we bumped them down to $1,799, it’s just a shift in mindset."
- Pipeline - "We hit the pipeline pretty hard last week as well. We are fortunate to have developed a strong leasing team in Ventura. The entire team at both Camarillo Oaks and Hillcrest Park were recognized as Star leasers during the award ceremony, as was Clay at Hope Ranch and Sabrina, the Assistant Manager at Mariners Place."
- Resident Retention - Sr. CM at Hillcrest Park, Nichole Gomez, shared, "Bridgit donated a lot of school supplies to our 608-unit community, which now has many homeschooled children. This was a great way to show residents that we care and brighten their day!"
