The E-Team at Pathways at Bixby Village in Long Beach, CA went out of their way to assist current residents looking for their next home. 

When residents Vee and Zhariff let the Pathways staff know that they were planning a move, Leasing Specialist Norma Bustamante jumped into action to assist the pair in finding their next home within the Essex portfolio. By creating the opportunity for a transfer within Essex, Vee and Zhariff enjoyed a much smoother transition out of their home at Pathways and into their next Essex residence, saying, "By suggesting we consider a transfer you have made this move all the more simple. We cannot express how thankful we are."
