Attention: All Associates

The Pacific North West region participated in their annual Top Tech Challenge, and as always, the event was a huge success.

Maintenance Director, Steven Steele, wanted to take a moment to recognize our maintenance associates saying, "Thank you to everyone who attended the Top Tech Challenge. We hope you had some good laughs, liked the food, and enjoyed the prizes. We appreciate everything that you do, day in and day out. Maintaining our buildings and meeting our residents' needs can sometimes be demanding, so we hope that you felt appreciated during this event. We look forward to seeing the cars that you build next year!" 

Events are being planned for our other divisions in 2020, so be ready to bring it again next year!

Tech Challenges
All maintenance associates were invited to participate in six exciting challenges:

1. Blind Tool ID
2. Screen Repair
3. Fill Valve Installation
4. Light Bulb Installation
5. Pipe Fitting Installation
6. Race Car Competition

Winners
Winners were determined by the lowest completion times for each challenge.  Congrats to you all! And a special congratulations to Nathan Wilcox for taking the overall first place!
