A resident at Hillsborough Park in La Habra, CA recently shared their appreciation with the community's E-team members by delivering a kind note and small token of their appreciation to the leasing office. 

Community Manager, Lulu Renteria, shares, "She is a new resident who was having a parking issue. I tried everything to help her, including personally measuring the space to ensure that her vehicle fit into our garage. I came up with a solution for her to better accommodate her needs, and she kindly brought us a candle and thank you card."
