Don't Lose Sight of Our Online Adoption Goals

For the first time since we’ve been reporting on online adoption, we experienced decreases in both online payments processed and online work orders submitted. Online payments processed decreased.3%, on top of July’s .3% drop, bringing the final adoption rate to 77.3%. Online work orders dropped first the first time ever, decreasing to 85.2% adoption, a .5% decrease from July.

Continue Promoting Online Adoption

Keep up your current online adoption promotion efforts by using the "Chapman-Brown Plan" and advertising online adoption as part of a "go green" initiative.  You can also use Site Manager to invite unregistered residents to enroll, leave the Mobile App flyer in apartment homes with each completed service request, and remind residents that they may pay through the web or by Apple Pay instead of using the app.
