Congrats to our newest Steps to Success graduates!

Gus Estrada, Chief Engineer, recently completed the curriculum for Professional Development courses. Kendra Madison, former Porter at Fourth & U, completed the curriculum for Leasing Specialist and ACM as part of her career development path and was recently promoted to Leasing Specialist at The Courtyards at 65th Street.

To date, 121 associates have completed the Steps to Success curriculum for their job roles or for the roles they are aspiring to grow into.

Here's what Gus and Kendra had to share about the curriculum:

"The curriculum was beyond informative and well worth my time. It was extremely helpful that the information was well structured and covered varying topics like how to foster team workmanship and present constructive criticism among other common situations. Additionally, it was the fact that it presented these topics in a way that mirrored everyday situations that made it easy to follow and relatable. I also value the peace of mind of knowing what steps and options I could possibly take in case I ever found myself in a difficult workplace situation. Overall, I would say it is well worth the time and effort to complete the curriculum."

Steps to Success, combined with an excellent work record, can provide associates a head start in meeting their career goals at Essex. The training is accessed through Learning Bridge, and all on-site associates are encouraged to check out the courses available.
