E-Team members recently did an excellent job guiding a new resident from contacting the Contact Center to locating a suitable home and through a smooth move-in at Park Hill at Issaquah in Issaquah, WA.

"I am a new tenant at Park Hill at Issaquah Apartments. I am writing to you because I wanted to share an amazing experience. Your employees have been nothing but very amazing, productive, and informative to me and my family in this moving process even before I was even a client.  My experience started in July with your call center. I had called to see if they can help me look for 3-bedroom apartments in the Bellevue area. They were very quick, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me find the right fit. Unfortunately, in June we couldn’t find anything in that area that were 3-bedrooms, they apologized and wished me luck on looking for a place. I was very surprise to receive a call a few weeks after to check up on me if we had found a place to live. In no way I felt they were pushy or rude in any kind of way they sounded excited and willing to find me a place since they knew my lease was up by End of July.  So luckily when I had received that call I had already found a place to live and it was not in Bellevue but Issaquah and surprisingly it was managed by Essex too. Your employee at the call center was happy to know I had found a place specially with Essex and congratulated me.

"Now second part of this amazing experience is moving in to Park Hill in Issaquah, not only the property is gorgeous and well taken care of, but you have the most amazing managing team there and maintenance team.  I personally want to thank Benjamin Allen he has been amazing right from the moment I scheduled a viewing not knowing if I was going to get the apartment or not. He is kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable, now as a tenant I cannot be any happier to be a resident at Park Hill Issaquah. Management has helped me fix things that needed minimal fixing at the apartment nothing took more than 24 hours. They respond to my emails quickly and Benjamin Allen has truly gone above and beyond for me and my family. I’ve been in the office a few times and I’ve been able to see how grateful tenants are with Benjamin. I have never had this type of treatment from managers at the apartments I’ve lived I am truly appreciative. He is the true definition of how customer service should be and a great Assistant Community Manager. My community Manager is great as well Jermaine Dukes, I want to congratulate him for having such an amazing team and making his tenants well particularly myself and family have a smooth transition to this property I want to thank from Call Center customer service representatives, to the management in Park Hill Issaquah."
