Our wellness program, Vitality, is off to a successful year! Thanks to all those who are actively participating in the program and completing hundreds of wellness activities. As we continue through the year, we want to collectively make strides towards maximizing the health and well-being of every Essex associate. Studies show that it’s important to continually evaluate your health on an ongoing basis and Vitality provides the information and tools to be your own best health advocate. If you haven’t already, attend a webinar, join a challenge, download the Vitality Today app, and set new goals to achieve better health.
 

• Elevate your Vitality status to Gold or Platinum status by December 31, 2019, and your credit will automatically begin in 2020.
   
• Earn $10 in medical premium credit per paycheck ($240 in total annual credit) by reaching Gold status or a $20 medical premium credit per paycheck ($480 in total annual credit) by reaching Platinum status.
   
• Any associate hired after October 1, 2019 will qualify for a $10 in medical premium credit per paycheck in 2020 if Silver status is achieved by December 31, 2019.

 
To help renew your commitment, we continue to offer credit towards your future medical premiums, and all your personal information is kept confidential as Vitality is HIPAA and GINA compliant. No one at Essex will have access to your protected health information and the only data Essex will have is aggregated data to allow us to identify trends and target wellness activities for the company as a whole.
