Asset Management is pleased to announce the rollout of the Bulk Hard Surface Flooring Program that will allow the community to change a unit from carpet that is at the end of its useful life or damaged beyond repair to hard surface flooring and a premium will be added to the unit.  This program is for ground floor units only.
