Attention: All Associates

While brainstorming ways to build resident relations at Renaissance at Uptown Orange in Orange, CA, associates came up with a game that showed residents that they are young at heart.

Leasing Specialist, Jody Ladd, shared, "We came up with an idea for our residents to guess which associate's baby picture matches to the associate. It's a way of getting the residents to know us while creating a space where we can connect with them. So far it has been fun and we look forward to doing more things to build our resident relations soon!"
