We are pleased to introduce the newest addition to the Essex portfolio--Brio!

Located in Walnut Creek, CA, this elegant East Bay community boasts 300 one- and two-bedroom residences enhanced by conveniences like central air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer. The community hosts an amazing array of amenities including a resort-style pool, game room, firepit, and even a wine lounge. The acquisition joined our portfolio on Friday, June 14th, led by RPM, Nicole Conrad.
