Attention: All Associates

Essex Skyline in Santa Ana, CA celebrated Maintenance Appreciation Week with many inventive activities including their reinvention of the egg toss.

Team members constructed their best vessels for the eggs to fall four flights down to the ground in hopes that they would still be intact. Various items such as popcorn, toilet paper, tape, foil, napkins, and gloves were collected and used as stuffing, and each egg had its own Tupperware container. Out of the eight eggs that fell to the ground, six made it without breaking!

Other acts of appreciation included confetti bombs released as the team walked through the door in the morning and decoration in the maintenance workshop with words of thanks.

Thank you for all that you do!
