Now Starting the Phase I Paperless Transformation

Attention: All On-Site Associates

The first phase of our paperless transformation starts today! We are excited about this new process, and first want to thank the amazing pilot communities who helped elevate this process from good to great! We truly appreciate your time and all the beneficial feedback we received.
 
Changes Effective Today (June 5): All new applications and new renewals must be completed following the New Applicant Move-In Checklist and Renewal Checklist available in On-Site.
 
Important Notes:

  1. All applicants should be encouraged to apply through RENTcafé so that the application, lease agreement, and renewal agreements automatically integrate into Yardi attachments.
  2. This process should be implemented moving forward and does not apply to existing printed documents. Follow the new process for all new applicants and new renewals only.
  3. For Deposit Accounting: if a document is already uploaded in Yardi attachments, it does not need to be printed and scanned as part of the Deposit Accounting packet. It can be left as a separate attachment in Yardi.
  4. The following documents must be saved electronically in Yardi using the corresponding document type:

Internal Audit will be using the new resident file checklists and Move-In and Renewal Checklist Process for their reviews.
