Join us in celebrating our Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, John Eudy, who will conclude 34 years of service excellence at Essex on June 5.

John joined Essex's predecessor, Essex Property Corporation, in 1985 and initiated the development activities of the company, becoming a founder of Essex Property Trust, Inc.  During his tenure, he oversaw all development activities, from the point of acquisition through construction and stabilization, developing more than 15,000 multifamily units and helping the company gain recognition as an industry leader.

John says, "It has been a sincere pleasure working for such a great organization that has grown to become the preeminent leader in multifamily housing on the West Coast."
