Vitality, Essex's wellness program, offers a brief, confidential online questionnaire called the Vitality Health Review (VHR). The questionnaire asks about your health results, activity levels, habits, nutrition, lifestyle, mental well-being, and work and home life to better understand where you are doing well and where you may need some additional help in becoming the healthiest person you can be. Completion of the VHR is optional, but highly recommended!

By completing the VHR by March 31, 2019, these associates were entered into a raffle to win additional Bonus Vitality Points. Here are our winners!

• 300 Bonus Vitality Points were awarded to Jeffrey Wilbur, Maintenance Technician at Corbella Juanita
• ​200 Bonus Vitality Points were awarded to Christina Smith, Leasing Specialist at Alpine Village; Helen Waisman, Porter at Station Park Green
• ​100 Bonus Vitality Points were awarded to Stanley Swensen, Sr. Maintenance Technician at Courtyard Off Main; Jen Miranda, Sr. Assistant Manager at Alessio; Lillian Huang, Const. Financial Analyst at the San Mateo corporate office
