Change can be hard, but you wouldn't know it by looking at the maintenance team at Hillsdale Garden. This group is demonstrating their excellent adaptability by piloting the new Yardi Maintenance Inspection module in their community.

The team gathered recently to train on it, and within minutes Maintenance Technician, Arturo Blanca had the iPad in hand, seamlessly demonstrating the application to his fellow associates.

As Senior Maintenance Supervisor Charles Mishlof, Senior Technician Andy Goodwin, Maintenance Technician Ricardo Garcia, Senior Technician Rolando Gomez, and Maintenance Technician Endri Hoxha looked on, Arturo showed how navigating the module made conducting the inspection quicker and more efficient.
