February Results

February continued the momentum of the start of the year with increases in both online payments processed and online work orders submitted! 

February ended with overall online payment adoptions coming in at 73.1% and online work order adoption at 78.7%.

Results Reporting Beginning Q2

As a reminder, beginning in April, we will expand our results reporting to highlight both the top 10 performers as well as the 10 communities that have the biggest opportunity for improvement. Make your move now to come out on top!

Continue Promoting Online Adoption

As we move into spring, online adoption should still be a high priority. 

As a reminder, to help promote online adoption across communities, keep up with your current efforts including using the "Chapman-Brown Plan." Promoting online adoption as part of a "go green" initiative and making online sign-up easy by displaying an iPad kiosk that you may use to assist residents in enrollment are two easy ways to help residents transition to online processes.

And, of course, you can take an active role in encouraging resident participation. Use Site Manager to invite unregistered residents to enroll, leave the Mobile App flyer in apartment homes with each completed service request, and remind residents that they may pay through the web or by Apple Pay instead of using the app.
