Attention: All Associates

Marco Arcos, a Porter at Trabuco Villas in Lake Forest, CA, was recently recognized by his Regional Portfolio Manager, Kevin Forsythe, as the region's Employee of the Month.

Marco was nominated by his proud peers and is the first recipient of the award for this region. He was honored due to his integrity, honesty, hard work, and excellent customer service. Moving forward, the regional award will be given out on a monthly basis. 

Assistant Manager at Trabuco Villas, Katie Morgan, tells us, "Marco just celebrated his 15th anniversary with Essex on February 9th. We are all so proud of his achievement!"
