The Employee Referral Program
 
Talent knows talent. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost-effective recruit.
 
How Do I Participate?
If you know someone who would be a good addition to the E Team and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, have them apply today and get paid up to $1,000 per referral for Onsite positions and up to $500 for Corporate positions, if the candidate is hired. 
 
How Do I Earn a Referral Bonus?
To be eligible for referral bonus, complete the Referral Bonus Request form and submit to HR no later than two months from the end of the 90 day waiting period from the hire date and according to the requrements listed.

Your candidate must:

• Indicate the referring associate’s name (that's you!) when applying online
• Meet all other criteria as stated in the Employee Referral Program.
