Friendly Reminders for Vitality 2019

Read until the end to learn how you can earn 200  additional bonus Vitality Points in February!

Here are a few reminders for you to make the most of the Vitality wellness program in 2019:

• Complete your VHR (Vitality Health Review - a series of health-related questions that you answer on the Vitality website) and earn 500 Vitality Points. To encourage you to complete it within the first 90 days of the new year, we are offering an additional 250 bonus Vitality Points.
• Reach Gold Status by the end of 2019, and you will earn a $10 medical premium credit per paycheck in 2020 plus a $75 device credit for any fitness device in the Vitality Mall! Earn Platinum Status, and your medical credit per paycheck bumps up to $20 in 2020!
• If you reached Gold or Platinum Status in 2018, you will begin receiving your first wellness credit on the January 25, 2019 paycheck. After that your wellness credit will continue to appear on each paycheck throughout the year!
• Starting on January 14, 2019, you can schedule your free biometric screening with Quest Diagnostics. By doing so, you will earn a guaranteed 500 Vitality Points and be qualified to earn up to 2,500 additional points based on your results! The sooner you complete your screening, the more time you have to improve your results (if needed).
