December Results

Congratulations to all communities for finishing 2018 out strong in your online payment and work order adoption efforts!

We made major progress in 2018 encouraging our residents to move online for payments and work orders. At the start of the year, we were collectively at 61.7% for online payments and 50.8% for work orders. At year's end, we exceeded our goal of 65% work order online adoption by hitting 72.8% adoption, but we missed our goal of 80% online payment adoption by reaching 71.2% overall.

Here's who topped the leaderboard for December:

Below you will find the full results for December. The second tab of this sheet shows the results of the Q4 contest, where we challenged you to achieve 85% online payments and 75% online work order adoption. During that push, several communities achieved 100% online work orders and two communities - Annaliese and Domaine - achieved 100% online payments!

What's Next for Online Adoption

As we move into the new year, online adoption should still be a high priority and part of your 2019 goals. We will continue to track and report on this effort monthly.

To help promote online adoption across communities, keep up with your current efforts including using the "Chapman-Brown Plan." Promoting online adoption as part of a "go green" initiative and making online sign-up easy by displaying an iPad kiosk that you may use to assist residents in enrollment are two easy ways to help residents transition to online processes.

And, of course, there are our standard reminders by which you can encourage resident participation: you can use Site Manager to invite unregistered residents to enroll, leave the Mobile App flyer in apartment homes with each completed service request, and remind residents that they may be through the web or by using Apple Pay and do not need to specifically use the app.
