Deadline Extended for Updates Prior to Receiving Your W-2

Can you believe it's that time of year again? It’s time to prepare to receive your 2018 W-2!
 
Review your contact information in UltiPro
We have extended the deadline to submit address changes in UltiPro to January 16, 2019 to ensure timely delivery of your 2018 W-2. Please take this opportunity to review the mailing address that we have on file for you in UltiPro, especially if you’ve moved any time in 2018.  You may do this by reviewing your last pay statement or by navigating in UltiPro to Myself > Name, Address, and Telephone.  
 
Receive your W-2 electronically  
Now is also the time to elect if you would like to ‘Go Paperless.’ By electing to go paperless, you will not be mailed a physical W-2 and will instead access your electronic W-2 in UltiPro when it becomes available. Going paperless benefits the environment and offers you enhanced security and quicker access since a paper copy will not travel through the mail. To consent to receiving your W-2 electronically follow the instructions below. 
 
Whether or not you choose the paperless option, all associates will be able to access and print their W-2 in UltiPro. You may print your W-2 any time (even prior years’ W-2s), and there’s no need to wait for us to reprint and mail you a new copy. We’ll notify you as soon as your electronic 2018 Form W-2 is available in UltiPro.
 
‘Go Paperless’ Instructions
To consent to receive your W-2 electronically, log into UltiPro and click ‘Go Paperless’ on the pop-up message currently appearing when you first log into the system:

You can also select this option at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to UltiPro Self-Service. Navigate using the top-left menu to Myself > Pay > W-2.
  2. From the “Things I Can Do” section in the upper right corner of the screen, select “Change W-2 Consent Form.”
  3. From the “Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement Consent” page, select the option to receive your Form W-2 electronically (screenshot below).
  1. Select “Save.”
  2.   From the Summary page that appears, select “Submit,” and you’re done.
