This year Essex teams from all regions celebrated the season of giving by organizing toy drives for their neighborhoods! 

 

The San Diego team hosted their annual Toy Drive for Becky's House and collected more than 180 toys in their most successful year to date. Becky's House is a program that provides a safe haven for victims of domestic violence, and the E-Team in San Diego is proud to support such a worthy cause.

 

The Highlands at Wynhaven in Issaquah, WA participated in a toy drive for the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank whose Holiday Gift Barn provides thousands of children in the community with gifts for the holiday season. The community was able to gather more than 200 toys in three weeks thanks to Leasing Specialist, Jackie Mod, who organized the drive and encouraged residents to donate.

 

The NorCal region participated in Toys for Tots with a total of 867 toys donated, making a lot of children happy this holiday season. This was the region's best year yet -- even topping the 784 toys donated in 2017!
 

Station Park Green made sure their residents knew about the fundraiser by creating flyers encouraging donations. Their effort led to them exceed their donation goal of 60 toys by obtaining 74 toys donated.

City Centre also participated bringing in a good haul of toys thanks to the help of their enthusiastic associates.
