Return Your Unifirst Garments

Attention: All Onsite Associates

The Procurement team has reached an agreement with Unifirst to settle uniform returns and damages in order to significantly reduce the time and money spent on the return process. As part of this agreement, each community will be charged a flat fee for lost and damaged uniforms, and Essex will make our best effort to return all uniforms. Unifirst billing will cease on December 29, 2018. 

All team members should bring all Unifirst-owned garments to their community office so that Unifirst may retrieve them during the week of January 7th. Please do a thorough search of your homes, vehicles, and secondary locations to ensure that all available uniforms are surrendered.

Community Managers are reminded to follow the steps and fill out the spreadsheet included in the December 20th email titled, "Unifirst Return Program."
