New Ways to Earn Vitality Points

Beginning January 1, 2019, you will now earn Vitality Points for completing your flu shot! And, while you will still earn points for medical, dental, and vision exams, new health screenings have been added to the preventative care section. Don't forget to explore this page next year!

A section for Healthy Mind has also been added, which allows you to receive points for mental wellness-related activities, such as improving your sleeping habits by reducing phone activity each night or engaging in an app with wellness-related topics like meditation.

Bigger Vitality Bucks Bonus 

Vitality Bucks are virtual money that you can earn as you accrue Vitality Points by completing activities or by moving through Vitality Statuses. With Vitality Bucks you can buy gift cards to retailers like Nike and Amazon!

NEW!  In addition to an increase in Bonus Bucks when you reach each Vitality Status, now 1 Vitality Point = 1.5 Vitality Bucks. This means more shopping money for you to spend in the Vitality Mall!

Additional Points Based on Your Vitality Check Results

While you still earn the guaranteed 500 Vitality Check Points for completing your biometric screening, you can start earning more than 2,500 additional points based on your results! So, the sooner you complete your screening, the more time you have to improve your results if needed. Schedule your free biometric screening with Quest Diagnostics by logging into Vitality and visiting the Vitality Check page under the Health Profile tab.
