The San Mateo corporate office celebrated a day of Halloween festivities that kicked off with a hearty breakfast of bacon, eggs, and fruit.  The next activity was started in the early hours of the morning by those who arrived bright and early to scour the office for 319 bats that were hidden in various nooks and crannies. By noon the bats were rounded up and counted with Accountant, Kakala Tukuafu claiming first place with 101 bats found, Marketing Coordinator, Taylor McCreery in second place with 78 bats found, and HR Coordinator, Alicia Rivera in third place with a round-up of 60 bats.

Of course, it wouldn't be Halloween without a costume contest! The overall theme was sports and winners were selected based on participation and creativity. In first place, with 100% participation, was the Private Equity team who dressed as Gatorade bottles. Second place with 85% participation was the Development team, and third place with 75% participation was the Tax team.

Rounding out the festivities was Guess-the-Candy contest, won by Quantitavtive Analyst, Ammiel Ong with an on-the-nose guess of 217 pieces. Second place was claimed by Sr. Developement Manager, Deanna Chalfant with a guess of 218 pieces, and the third spot went to Regional Portfolio Manager, Christine Aiello with her 223-piece guess.

A special "thank you" to the San Mateo Office Services team for making our Halloween awesome!
