• Woodland Hills, CA - November 15
• Santa Ana, CA - November 16

*If you are an on-site associate, don't forget to coordinate with your Community Manager to see if you are attending the morning or afternoon Open Enrollment session.

We encourage you to sign-up in advance because not only will you get to skip the long line at the event, but you are also guaranteed to complete your screening and earn 500 Vitality points.

Walk-ins will still be available on a first come, first served basis.
