Please note that on Thursday, October 11 and Friday, October 12, the entire Operational Services team will be off-site for a meeting. 

Patience with response time

Please expect a delay in response from Ops Services associates during this time, which may also include the afternoon of Wednesday, October 10 due to travel. While associates will periodically check email, only urgent requests will receive immediate attention. We appreciate your patience while the team engages in this important meeting.

Urgent requests for Customer Care

Our Customer Care team will also be in attendance at this event. However, Customer Care will continue to monitor any urgent issues and continue to adhere to our one-business-day turnaround time.

Urgent requests for Communications

Please continue to submit communications requests to communications@essex.com. The Communications team will also continue to monitor any urgent issues, particularly resident crisis communications.
